We are looking to hold a training week in London that looks at Mental Health in the workplace and society  and how reps/members can support and help.

Among the topics covered will be ;

    Equality Law - (focus mainly on disability discrimination)

    Case Studies - negotiating on mental health

    Delivery of mental health research project

    Planning to support RMT reps

    Action planning for mental health in the workplace

Trade Union Act 2016 - various dates until Jan 2018

A two-hour training workshop for RMT members, hosted by London Transport Regional Council, examining the implications of the Trade Union Act, and looking at how we can improve workplace organisation and maximise ballot turnout.
