Defending Jobs, Pensions & Agreements - London Underground (LUL/14/2)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/109/23, 14th April 2023), Central Line West Branch submitted a resolution regarding the imposition of new rosters under LUL's Modernisation Plan. The National Executive Committee thanked the Branch for its resolution and took the decision to instruct all Station Grades members (Customer Service Assistants, Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Managers, Area Managers) on the Central Line Centre Cover Group (Marble Arch Area, Notting Hill Gate Area, Shepherd's Bush Central Area) not to work any overtime or rest day working from:

• 00:01 hours on Tuesday 9th May 2023 to 23:59 hours on Monday 15th May 2023
• 00:01 hours on Monday 22nd May 2023 to 23:59 hours on Sunday 28th May 2023

Also the re-ballot of all LUL members is currently underway and I urge all members to return their ballot paper as soon as possible in time for the closing date on Tuesday 23rd May.
