The ballot returned a positive result and it's now our duty to ensure that democratic decision by our members is carried out to the best of our abilities.

The RMT Black and Ethnic Minority Members Conference 2015 will be held on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th March 2015 at THE ADELPHI HOTEL, RANELAGH PLACE, LIVERPOOL L3 5UL. Neasden Branch have been invited to nominate a a maximum of 4 delegates to attend. Anybody wishing to attend should contact the Branch Secretary by the next branch meeting date of Wednesday 28th January 2015.

The RMT Women's Conference 2015 will be held on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March 2015 at THE OAK HOTEL, ORCHARD STREET, WIGAN WN1 3SS. This conference will be celebrating 100 years of organising women. RMT Neasden Branch is entitled to nominate a a maximum of 4 delegates.
Any branch members who are interested in attending this conference will need to contact the branch secretary by the next branch meeting date which is 28th January 2015.

For those that aren't already aware, (following the suspension of the strikes) tomorrow's branch meeting is back on. It's the usual time of 16:00hrs at The Torch in Wembley, and it's Reps nominations time so please make every effort to attend.

•RMT tube members have been instructed not to book on for any shifts between 2100 hrs on 14th October through to 2059 hrs on the 16th October.

•Fleet members have been instructed not to book on for any shifts between 1829 hrs on the 14th October through to 1828 hrs on the 16th October.

Please make every effort to attend the next branch meeting on Wednesday 15th October as nominations will be accepted for our local Reps. Voting will take place at the following meeting.
The meeting will take place at the usual location: The Torch, Bridge Road, Wembley, HA9 9AB at 16:00hrs.

The next Neasden branch meeting is this evening at 16:00hrs in The Torch Public House in Wembley. Please make every effort to attend.

All Neasden Reps and Activists are asked to meet in Wembley Park booking hall on Thursday 28th August at 10am for a general walkabout and recruitment day.
This event is being organised not only to recruit new members, but also to let the frontline staff who are currently in the firing line with the 'Fit For The Future' debacle, that we support them. It doesn't mater what grade you are, they are coming for all of us eventually!
Any branch member who needs to take unpaid leave on this date in order to attend will be reimbursed by Regional Council.
