RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 – LONDON UNDERGROUND

I am writing to advise you that, following the magnificent mandate for industrial action you delivered in the ballot, a meeting was held earlier this week between your negotiating team and national officers.

The unanimous view expressed at the meeting was that, unless London Underground makes a suitable offer to resolve the ongoing pay dispute, then your union should declare its intention to take strike action.

Your union’s National Executive Committee has endorsed this position and offered its backing to your negotiating team as it develops a proposed schedule of industrial action.
