RMT to Ballot CBS Outdoor Members - Defend Brendan Judge

RMT Head Office Circular No. IR/18/09 - 29th January 2009 DISMISSAL OF BRENDAN JUDGE – CBS OUTDOOR NOTICE OF BALLOT FOR INDUSTRIAL ACTION

As RMT members you would have more likely heard of the disgraceful decision by CBS Outdoor to sack Union Representative, Brendan Judge, just before Christmas. CBS Outdoor members are understandably very angry about what has happened and have demanded action to get Brendan reinstated.

It is our firm belief that Brendan has done nothing wrong other than work to normal practices that all other members work to.

Dear Colleagues,

CONSULTATION AND BRIEFING FORUM FOR 2012 OLYMPICS

LUL Attendance Policy

From RMT Circular No. IR 283, November 27 2008

Dear Colleagues,

LUL ATTENDANCE POLICY

Examples of Management ignoring or twisting clear policies in relation to attendance have recently been brought to my attention.

We have made it clear that we expect Management to abide by their own policies and have listed a series of serious instances where management seem to have flagrantly breeched the rules. It is unacceptable that policies are ignored and all members should be advised of the seriousness of this matter, which could lead to a major dispute.
