I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed and the result is as follows: -

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot: 10,084

Number of votes cast in the ballot: 5,219

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question: 4,900

Many RMT members do not get as much time off as others during the Christmas and New Year period, and many of you will be out working - keeping our transport networks and systems going, or doing vital maintenance and renewals to our infrastructure during this season.

Dear Colleague,

TFL PENSION FUND - INDEPENDENT REVIEW

You need to vote YES in the ballot to defend your pension. We can't let the Government and TfL leave you in poverty when you retire.

I refer to my previous email of 10th November 2021, you will now be aware that the RMT have formally informed TfL management that we are now in dispute with them over jobs, pensions and working conditions and as a result over 10,000 of our members across LUL and TfL are currently being balloted for industrial action.
