RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 - ALSTOM METRO TRAINS (LUL/0001/AMT)

In line with Union policy, a claim was submitted to the Company for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. Following talks, with the Company the offer which was received is as follows:

A 5.25% increase to basic rates of pay, effective from 1st April 2023

Assistance with travel costs for a further one year with the cost of an annual season ticket of up to £1,550

The National Executive Committee took the decision to conduct an e-referendum of affected members and this has now concluded with the following result:

The NEC has therefore taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer and I have asked that the increase is paid to members at the earliest opportunity.
