TUC Mass Lobby of Parliament - Fight the new Anti-Trade Union laws!

The Conservative Government has declared class war on working people with a raft of new anti-trade union laws with the sole intention of outlawing our democratic and human rights to strike and withdraw our labour.

We will fight these wholesale attacks tooth and nail and will not sit idly by or meekly accept any further obstacles on our members exercising their rights. The government should be working towards a negotiated settlement in the national rail dispute, not seeking to make it even harder to take effective strike action.

In response , we need to send a strong message to this Government and indeed all politicians and we have a great opportunity to do that on Wednesday 2nd November when the TUC and dozens of other unions will be holding a National Lobby of Parliament as part of the 'We Demand Better' campaign.

Thousands of trade union members and supporters will descend on Westminster where we will demand to meet our MPs and send a message that we will simply not accept these wholesale attacks on working people.

Will you come to parliament on 2nd November to meet your MP?  We will support you to book a meeting, provide a briefing on how to get your message across and be there to help every step of the way.

We need MPs to take decisive action to block these anti-trade union laws and tackle the cost-of-living crisis. But they will only do that if trade union members and workers send them a clear message at the National lobby.
