Overtime ban takes effect
The RMT and TSSA have an ongoing overtime ban in place with London Underground station staff. Since the overtime ban began several Stations have been closed due to lack of staff, and in some cases left unstaffed or 'baby sat' by station assistants. The overtime ban is in place to demonstrate the importance of station staff. Even now, before job cuts take place LU is unable to keep many stations open in the locations where the overtime ban is being upheld.

September 10th
- Arsenal closed for a period
- Regents Park closed for a period
September 11th
- Liverpool St closed for two hours in the morning.
- Barbican station closed at 2300hrs
- Charing Cross closed for a period
- Lambeth North closed for a period
- Victoria station seven staff short, and main ticket office closed during one of the stations busiest periods
September 13th
- Regents Park closed again for a period
September 14th
- Turnpike Lane closed in the evening
September 16th
- Barkingside station unstaffed between 1500 and 2200
September 18th
- Elm Park station 'baby sat' from 0630 to 2230
- Lambeth North closed for a period
- Bermondsey closed in the afternoon
- Arsenal closed for a period
September 19th
- Finchely Road - no late turn SS or CSA
- Swiss Cottage - no late turn SS or CSA
- Angel - no late turn SS or CSA
- Brent Cross unstaffed throughout the day
- Burnt Oak unstaffed throughout the dat
September 20th
- Latimer Road closed for a period
