London Cable Car strike announced

Dear Colleagues,

Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2022 - Mace (IFS Cloud Cable Car) (TFL/0001/M(IFS))

Further to my previous Circular (IR/059/23, 3rd March 2023), the ballot concluded with members voting as follows:

Are you prepared to take strike action?

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                27               

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                   26     

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                         26                Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                     0                 

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:               0                 

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                27               

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                   26               

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                         26              

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                          0                 

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:               0       

 

The National Executive Committee congratulated all members for returning this magnificent ballot result and having noted a report received from the Lead Officer, the NEC took the decision to instruct all members to take strike action and not to book on for any shifts that commence between:

00:01 hours on Friday 7th April 2023 and 23:59 hours on Monday 10th April 2023
I am sure all Branches will show their support for members during this action to fight for a fair and decent pay settlement.
