RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2020 - DOPPELMAYR CABLE CAR (DCC) ON EMIRATES AIR LINE CABLE CAR

In line with Union policy a pay claim for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been submitted. The Regional Organiser has met with the company and the following revised offer has been tabled:-

• An increase of 1.50%, effective from 1st July 2020.

The offer has been considered by the NEC and it has instructed that the offer is accepted as it is their firm belief that this is the best offer that can be achieved during the current climate. The company has been informed of our acceptance and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
