Dear Colleagues,
DEFEND JOBS, PENSIONS AND AGREEMENTS
LONDON UNDERGROUND
STRIKE ACTION ON TUESDAY 1ST AND THURSDAY 3RD MARCH
Your RMT Lead Officer and Senior Reps from each function met Senior LUL management at ACAS today regarding this dispute which affects all RMT LUL members and is supported by a magnificent yes vote for industrial action.
REDUCED DRIVER TRAINING - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/11/1)
The following resolution was recently received from Piccadilly and District West Branch:-

Despite having well thought out, agreed ways of training drivers, management are attempting to water training down beyond recognition.
DEFEND JOBS, PENSIONS AND AGREEMENTS - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/14/2)
Further to my previous Circular (IR/017/22, 19th January 2022), extensive consultation has taken place and RMT Reps from all grades have fed back the strength of feeling amongst members over the planned attacks on jobs, pensions and working arrangements.
IMPOSITION OF ROSTERS, TRAINS OPERATORS, NEASDEN TRAINCREW DEPOT (METROPOLITAN LINE) - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/8/2)
Further to my previous Circular (IR/017/22, 19th January 2022), Branches are aware that progress has been made on the key issues in this dispute with the following commitments received from the Company:
Dear colleague,
Cost of Living Crisis: Join protests across Britain called by the People's Assembly, Saturday 12 February
Inflation is soaring, eating into the value of your wages. The energy companies are protecting their dividends by raising household bills by 50%. People are anxious and angry and this should be turned into action.

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 - ISS (KAD CONTRACT) (TFL/0001/ISS(DLR))
Following initial pay negotiations with the Company, the Union rejected a 0.9% increase as this obviously falls far short of our members' aspirations. There has not been any improved offer forthcoming and the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to raise the issue of rates of pay and conditions of service on the ISS (DLR) contract with UK management of ISS.
I will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
Yours sincerely,
Dear Colleague,
JANUARY 2022 REMOVAL OF COVID-19 PROTECTIONS
I write in relation to the recent decision of UK Government to end “Plan B” restrictions in England, including the removal of the legal requirement for people to work from home and the requirement to wear face coverings in indoor spaces, with the only proviso in relation to face masks being that:
