Ballot papers in two separate disputes on London Underground will be arriving with members this week with voting closing on Tuesday 15th November.
The disputes are:
TUBE UNION RMT today urged the public to respond to the London Travel Watch review of ticket office closures with a message that this is an opportunity to press for a reversal of the cuts and closures programme.
Today myself and reps from the other TUs met with London Underground management to hear their plans for changes to the DTSM and TOSM grades.
Following an overwhelming vote for action by RMT drivers on the Hammersmith and City and Circle Lines, and a failure to reach an agreement in talks held through ACAS right up to the wire yesterday, the union has confirmed this morning that 24 hours of strike action will go ahead from this evening.
All affected members have been instructed NOT TO BOOK ON for any shifts that commence between:-

"The union gives a guarded welcome to elements of this package that have already been widely trailed and we now expect that our London Taxi reps will be fully engaged in discussions as to how this strategy moves forwards.
"it is not politicians and their top officials who will deliver a Night Tube for London it is the cleaners, station staff, drivers, engineers and all the other grades working anti-social hours"
RMT sets out its position on the roll out of the first phase of the Night Tube this weekend.
