Your RMT reps have been contacted by a number of members who are going through Transformation and are concerned that their disabilities will make it more difficult for them.
London Underground have provided us with an Equality Impact Assessment for all work streams, however, we have reason to believe that some of these may be incomplete or not fully reflective. We are especially concerned that we have members with hidden disabilities or who have not declared a disability to the company.
Therefore, we are asking you to speak to us confidentially and let us know if you have a disability and whether this has been considered by LU. This is so we can fully support you through the Transformation process. If you are unsure whether you have a disability, feel free to get in touch and ask. We will not share anything without your permission.
