CALCULATION OF HOLIDAY PAY - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/9/8)

When I last wrote to you on the above matter, Circular No: IR/416/20, 16th October 2020, branches will recall the union is awaiting a Supreme Court ruling that would have a significant bearing on this matter. Members' cases were to be brought but for there to be a stay in their proceeding until the Supreme Court's ruling is announced.

Having considered the matter once more your NEC has instructed that an updated report is provided on the legal proceedings undertaken along with a report from our Lead Officer on the matter on any further developments.

The outcome of Supreme Court's ruling is still awaited and I will of course keep Branches advised of all further developments.
