Hamilton 52 week warning, going to appeal AT
Faye Dobson, injured at work on poorly designed equipment, by AM

6.Workplace Issues:

Hainault lift operations :

LK informed the branch that SA's have been told to operate and reset lifts in Hainault without any licenses or
training . The Branch discussed issue, all members to be emailed and told not to operate lifts without training
and assistance.

Dylxexia awarness and educational training .
LK asked for information on specialized training available from the Union and LUL.
LK to contact Kim Brown

• Esme Bradbury: Stratford No1 Branch to hold womens conference 2013, Passed.
• AM reported that GSM has relented on the right to inspect the points and section switches, not
the track, Aban to chase up and report back
• AM reported that GSM has relented on self familarisations
• AM reported his current case for Release for TUC courses
• AT asked for representations be made to HQ on removal of cleaning tokens
• AM reported that Brain Farrow GSM leytonstone. Has agreed that all staff who may work Old
Ford are to be trained , AM to monitor and report back
• GB reported on Absbestos issues, parties and put a report to the GS , GB to get DM on board
• GC reported and asked the Branch for support for RMT rep at Wembley who is stood down
pending possible CDI.

• GC OSN 101, RMT still in Industrial action, drivers not to adhere.
• MM cleaners over shunts? GB,TON and other dont do it, no driver should.
