Piccadilly management 'adhere to agreements' in face of reps determination

Subject: IMPOSITION OF ROSTER, ACTON TOWN PICCADILLY LINE TRAINCREW DEPOT – LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note the report from the Lead Officer; that in light of us moving toward a dispute, and in the face of our representative’s determination and strong arguments the company have decided to adhere to procedure, have meaningful talks on any roster changes and to return to the status quo in the meantime.

We commend our members, local representatives and Piccadilly & District West Branch.

Further, we urge all to remain vigilant and instruct the General Secretary to place any further developments in front of this NEC.
