Pay - Full & final offer from LUL is not enough plus Anti-union laws and Mayoral election

Pay & Conditions

We have told LUL that their full and final offer is not enough.

We cannot accept an offer that fails to deal with the unacceptable rosters that many members are having to work. We've given management the evidence - our shift working cuts the life expectancy of our members by 4/5 years. Management say we'll only address that if you pay for it. Imagine if they asked us to take a pay cut to cover the costs of PPE or asbestos removal! We can't accept their position.

We now know Aslef are serving notice of a ballot to LUL. We will be holding a meeting of all L1 reps as soon as release is finalised. We must show LUL we mean what we say and ballot members for strike action.
