BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS - ISS (KAD CONTRACT) (LUL/14/2)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/247/23, 11th August 2023), despite the negotiating team's best efforts, giving the Company every opportunity to resolve key issues at the heart of this dispute, there has not been any resolution to our demands for the 2023 pay claim to be properly addressed or for Night Allowance.

The National Executive Committee has considered the recent ballot result, in which members unanimously voted in favour of taking strike action, and has instructed all ISS members on the KAD contract to take part in strike action and not to book on for any shifts that commence between:

• 05:29 hours on Tuesday 12th September 2023 and 05:28 hours on Wednesday 13th September 2023
• 05:29 hours on Thursday 14th September 2023 and 05:28 hours on Friday 15th September 2023
