All TfL members are commended for refusing to accept the Company’s “Pay for Performance” proposals. The on-going industrial action short of a strike as below is solidly supported and I urge all TfL members to continue taking part in the following industrial action:-

Further to my previous Circular (IR/224/15, 23rd September 2015), and following further correspondence from the Lead Officer and Branch Secretary, the General Grades Committee has taken the decision to inform the Company that we are in dispute and to organise a ballot of members working for KAD for strike action and action short of strike action over a catalogue of issues, which are outlined below.

RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND NIGHT RUNNING – TUBE LINES AP JNP (LUL/0001/TL)
As members will be aware, your Union has been in intensive discussions with LUL at ACAS in an effort to reach agreement and resolve the current disputes over Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service & Night Running and Every Job Matters – Defending Jobs on London Underground. Now, as a result of the 100% support we have been receiving from you and your colleagues including two all-out strikes, a position has been reached that allows us to suspend the industrial action.

RE-GRADING OF WATERLOO & CITY LINE SERVICE CONTROL STAFF – LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/2/2)
Further to my previous Circular (IR/150/15, 15th June 2015), members will recall our offer to London Underground to return to ACAS to seek a binding agreement to progress our claim that Service Controllers at Waterloo should be re-graded and paid at the SCL1 rate in recognition of their hard work and multi-skilled duties. However, LUL’s position remains unchanged that it considers the current pay and grade for the role to be correct, and that a re-grade is dependent on additional duties and accountability being identified and implemented.
