LU are meant to be putting their plans for deploying 325 additional jobs to RMT reps at the end of this month.
But instead of getting on with this in a constructive way, LU has now refused to recognise many of our local reps, who are supposed to be looking at the new local rosters that will incorporate the new jobs.

Dear RMT members
Yesterday I reported late in the afternoon that the Talks had failed. At approx 6pm last night I found out via the BBC that TSSA had without discussing it with our General Secretary, or Myself approached LUL for talks today .
The International Business Times has researched LU's social media feeds and identified over 80 station closures in December due to shortage of staff.
LUL COO, Steve Griffiths, blaames the closures on "staff not booking on for overtime shifts". Nothing to do with 838 job cuts then!
