H&C Branch Meeting- New Venue

Please be advised that from JUNE 2026 our new Branch Meeting venue going forward will be:

The Water Rats, 328 Gray's Inn Road, Kings Cross, WC1X 8BZ.

Approximately 6 minutes walk from Kings Cross station.

Please note- the May meeting will be on Teams and invites will be sent out to Branch Members. If you need the access code and are not a Branch Member, or did not get the email, please contact the Branch Secretary for details. 

Hammersmith & City Branch Meeting CHANGES- Important Notice

We are having to look for a new Branch Meeting venue with immediate effect. It is planned that this will still be in the Kings Cross area. We hope to have this in place in time for the May 2026 Branch Meeting.

The Branch Meeting on 1st April 2026 will be held VIRTUALLY as a temporary solution.

Pending new venue hopefully for the May 2026 Branch Meeting, the April 2026 meeting will be on Teams. Please contact BRANCH SECRETARY for further details.

Hammersmith & City Branch- AGM 2024

Please be advised that the H&C AGM is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 6th November 2024, however this may be postponed if the London Underground strike action takes place next week.

As the Industrial Action by the RMT Union has been suspended- the Hammersmith & City Branch AGM will go ahead as planned.

RMT Hammersmith & City Branch Meeting tomorrow (7th August 24) followed by Mass members meeting re Pay Talks.

Just a reminder that tomorrow it is the H&C Branch Meeting as usual at 1500hrs. This meeting will of course be GOING AHEAD as planned.

I will be encouraging urgent business and reports only. Your Branch officers request that any correspondence or business that can wait until Septembers branch meeting does so. This is because of the all members meeting at 1600hrs (in the YMCA nearby) that many RMT H&C Branch members will want to attend.

This mass meeting is regarding the LUL Pay Talks, and full details can be found on RMT London Calling.

RMT Protect Insurance- Presentation at Hammersmith & City branch in February

I am pleased to announce that John Eccles, a representative from RMT Protect, plans to attend the Hammersmith & City February Branch Meeting, on Wednesday 7th February from 1500hrs (usual time date and venue), to give a presentation and answer questions on 'RMT Protect' products and services.

  • Stations Health & Safety

Edgware Road (C&H), Paddington (Main and Suburban), Bayswater, GPS, Euston Square

 

  • Trains Health & Safety

Edgware Road Train-Crew Depot
