Skills Development Transformation Update

Your MATS reps met with London Underground last week for the latest consultation meeting. There has been some progress in this work stream. There will be an additional Apprentice Manager put into the plan and Voluntary Severance will be opened for a small number of people.

We had some discussion around Job Descriptions and the company confirmed that work experience at the appropriate level is equivalent to a Level 5 qualification, so this is not a requirement where listed on a JD.
