RMT Is Fighting For Better Pay And Conditions For Cubic Staff

Please help by distributing the attached poster and membership form amongst our comrades at Cubic

RMT demands a decent living wage for Cubic staff

RMT has been negotiating with Cubic Transportation for decent pay and conditions, including an Olympic bonus.

Cubic has said no to everything and offered a derisory 2.5% pay rise – that amounts to a real-terms pay cut

We are demanding: PAY EQUALITY, with a decent rate of pay for all staff and an end to individual pay rates – people doing the same job deserve the same pay; a substantial OLYMPIC BONUS for all staff; FREE TRANSPORT on London Underground, and a SHORTER WORKING WEEK for all staff to work the same hours with no loss of pay.

So far the company has said NO to everything and offered a derisory 2.5 per cent pay rise – that amounts to an unacceptable real-terms pay CUT and the union has informed management that the union is now in dispute and will be balloting for industrial action.

The stronger the union, the stronger we will be in demanding a decent deal for all Cubic staff.
