RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 - DOPPELMAYR CABLE CAR (TFL/0001/DCC)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/341/23, 15th November 2023), further negotiations have now been held and the company has proposed an improved offer of 6% backdated to the pay anniversary of May 2023. This was discussed at a meeting of members last week at which a majority were clearly in favour of accepting. Additionally, representatives canvassed the opinions of those not in attendance and this also showed a majority in favour of accepting the deal.

The National Executive Committee has therefore accepted the company's proposal and instructed me to advise management of this and to request that the backdated payments are implemented as soon as possible.

This concludes the pay negotiations for 2023 and I can advise you that the submission for the 2024 pay anniversary will be formulated to focus on working hours and travel facilities, as well as pay.
