Station Staff Survey: Short-Staffing On London Underground

The RMT London Transport Region is collecting stories of working alone or with too few staff on London Underground stations. You can complete the survey by clicking go to form below.

You can leave your name and email address, which will be kept entirely confidential and will allow us to contact you for more information. You can alternatively leave these blank if you prefer.

If you have any concerns that you want to be directly addressed or need a direct response too then please speak with your union rep.

Questions marked with a * must be filled in.

This may be used to contact you for further information

Ideally enter the station, but if you wish to remain anonymous the group or line will still be helpful.

This is so we can see whether Male or Female staff are more likely to be lone working, or have different concerns or experiences of working alone.

For example If you were on a gateline with fewer staff then normal select 'With too few staff', If you were on your own in an area of the station then select 'On my own'.

Explain the situation and any incident that did or could have occured because of the lack of staff on duty at the station.

Try and use two or three words to sum up your emotions at the time.

EIRF is 'Electronic Incident Report Form' which is filled out after an incident that needs to be recorded
