All ticket offices will be closed. Station assistants, ticket office workers (Station Assistant Multi-Functionals), station control room assistants and station supervisors will all see their jobs scrapped, and they will need to apply for the reduced number of new roles. What the pay for these new roles is we don't yet know. |
