Following many questions from members we raised the issue at Company Council Sub Group (CCSG) yesterday.

 

In line with the 2002 agreement at Stations Functional Council all TSID training will remain voluntary until such time we agree a change.

 

All members are advised that this element of ticket office training remains voluntary and LUL cannot force us to take up TSID training.
