YOU can help STOP London Transport cuts!

Join transport unions leafleting passengers against cuts on WEDNESDAY 23 OCTOBER

The government has cut funding to Transport for London by 12.5% from 2015. The Mayor of London proposes significant cuts to spending. His plans include:

  • the closure of all ticket offices on London Underground;
  • cutting substantial numbers of all grades of Tube staff – including maintenance workers;
  • removing guards from London Overground trains
  • driverless trains

RMT and the other London Underground trade unions are fighting these cuts. YOU can help by joining other union mmbers in giving out leaflets to the public at the following times and places TOMORROW (Wednesday):

  • 8am - 9am Liverpool Street
  • 8am - 9:30am Tottenham Court Road
  • 8am - 9:30am Leystonstone
  • 9am - 11am Morden
  • 12pm - 2pm King's Cross
  • 12pm - 2pm Euston
  • 2pm - 4pm Oxford Circus
  • 3pm - 5pm Wembley Park
  • 5pm - 6:30pm Finsbury Park
