TBTC Training On London Underground Northern Line

Just to update everyone on the Northern Line about what is happening regarding the training and i/o’s, there are lots of rumours regarding the working practice that may be asked of the i/o’s during TBTC training and the testing of TBTC area when it goes live at west finchley next february.
The RMT’s postion is clear on this, all IO’s must not be asked to breach their framework agreement in anyway
to facilitate this training.
No incentives or inducements should be offered to I/O’s to work outside of the terms and conditions and framework agreements, our framework is sacrosanct and not for sale no matter what.
If any IO’s are asked to break their framework agreement and work outside their parameters then they should
contact their local reps or their trains functional council reps immediately.
The RMT is here to protect all drivers rights and agreements and will not sell them out for any purpose.
