Justice for Dayna - The Badge

The campaign to overturn this cruel injustice handed out to Dayna by LUL gathers pace.
The GGC has decided to enact the following to secure Dayna`s reinstatement;
•pursue this case through the full procedure agreed last year, including a meeting between Bob Crow and Mike Brown before proceeding to industrial action if necessary
•raise this issue with our Parliamentary group
•arrange a meeting with Dayna's GLA member, Navin Shah
•support and resource the organising efforts of Dayna’s branch, our Regional Council, and its Black and Ethnic Minority Members’ Committee and Station and Revenue Grades Committee
•seek maximum publicity for this case.

To highlight the campaign across the combine we have made badges for members to wear. It is esppecially important for all reps and activists to wear in any meetings or interaction with LUL management.The badges will be available at the Jubilee South branch on Wednesday 16 May, at the Blue Eyed Maid, Borough High St. (nearest tube, Lon Bridge) Please make every effort to attend. We will be visiting other branches and grades committees in the following weeks to distribute badges, leaflets etc.
RMT branches have shown huge support for Dayna. If Dayna has yet to visit your branch please contact Glen Hart, Jayesh Patel or Eamonn Lynch to arrange.
