RMT Continues Ballot Plans At APD and TfL and Encourages ACAS Talks With LU To Reconvene As Soon As Practical

We note the resolution from LU Engineering branch and the report regarding our ballot of APD Fleet members.

We instruct the General Secretary to place this matter back in front of us as soon as practical after our Regional Council has debated this resolution at its meeting today.

Further, we instruct the General Secretary to ensure as a matter of urgency that:

  • our industrial action ballot of TfL members (decision G300, 23 February 2012) is
    carried out without further delay
  • talks at ACAS with London Underground about the Olympics are reconvened as soon
    as possible

London Transport Regional Council and branches to be advised.
