Pay and Conditions - Cubic (CTS)

RMT General Grades Committee decision:

We note the report from our Regional Organiser, that the company has rejected all our conditions claims and offered a pay rise of just 3.5% this year, in real terms a pay cut.

In line with the Regional Organiser’s recommendation, we reject this offer, and instruct the General Secretary to liaise with LU Engineering branch and the London Transport Regional Council to organise a special meeting for Cubic workers to discuss both the pay offer and the Olympics, and to send an invitation to all members by post.
