Most T/Ops would be of the opinion fully uniformed staff, in full LUL regalia would be properly trained, properly licensed and fully qualified.
Seems that on the Wembley Group it ain`t necessarily so!
Agency staff, which look the same, talk, walk and act the same, but with far inferior training are now expected to bowl up to drivers and assist with “emergency” situations.
Well excuse me for being pedantic, but when there is an emergency going on we want the reassurance that staff assisting us are the real McCoy. We don’t have the time nor the inclination to make sure they are doing what they need to do.
Don’t send us plastic assistance. Give us the real deal.
Train them up, give them a pay rise and stop trying to do things on the cheap.
You know it makes sense.
