Station Admin Update

Your RMT reps, along with reps from the other Unions, met with Stations Admin staff on 30/01/18 to discuss the counter proposal which was submitted. This was a very useful meeting, filled with lots of passion and lots of valuable feedback.

LU Transformation Update

Dear all, we felt it only right that we should issue a report by the Reps currently taking part in the consultation talks with LU Management for the latest phase of transformation.

RMT Upfront is the newsletter for London Underground drivers, from the RMT.  In this edition, which focuses on health and safety issues:

Asset Operations Transformation

Today (23/11/17), your reps met with London Underground to begin Transformation consultation. We were presented with a number of slideshows, which were a condensed version of the business case. These covered Power & Electrical, Signals, Track, Stations Buildings & Civil, Asset Systems & Reliability, Network Planning & Services and Asset Operations Admin.

Yesterday (22/11/17), your reps met with London Underground to begin Transformation consultation. We were presented with a slideshow, which was a condensed version of the business case. Unfortunately, as with all other work streams, the number of people in scope, as well as the potential job losses, did not match on any of the documents the company have given us.
