TfL pay offer rejected

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2017 – TRANSPORT FOR LONDON (LUL/0001/TFL)

In line with union policy, a pay claim for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions was submitted to the company. The Regional Organiser has met with them and the following offer has been tabled:-

  • A 1% base pay budget to all employees in scope for Pay for Performance (PfP) arrangements and those eligible to participate in the London Transport Museum annual pay review. This would be distributed as per the table below.

  • The total budget for non-consolidated performance awards is 2.25%, which would be distributed as per the table below.

The offer has been rejected by the NEC and it has instructed that the Company is informed of our rejection and that the Company responds to the 12 demands put to them during the negotiations. I will keep Branches advised of further developments.
